Hi Mates, Another day of Solid waves rolling into town. The High tide this morning will be the best time to go for a paddle for both the Experts & Novice Surfers. Novice surfers should only surf at Clarkes Beach with the solid swell wrapping around The Cape, Main Beach and The Wreck will be too big. Stay away from the Open Beaches also. WINDS: Southeasterly 15 to 20 knots. SEAS: 1.5 metres.

SWELL: Southeasterly 1.5 metres inshore, increasing to 1.5 to 2 metres north of Cape Byron.

Hi Mates, More swell rolling into The Bay today from the East and plenty of
waves in town this morning being the best.

The Pass thru Clarkes Beach will get better after the high tide as there are
some holes in the sandbanks.

Main Beach thru to The Wreck is best for the experts to get a few waves
today.

There are a few waves in town as well as Tallow Beach but the wind is making a mess and the surf is small.
Golf later today if the rain stays away.

Town has good fun waves early on the high tide being the best.
Tallow Beach has waves there also early before the winds swing on-shore.
Clarkes Beach for lessons and Wategos & The Pass for longboarders.

Tallow Beach breaks are only for the expert surfers with plenty of motion in the ocean from the solid south swell.
Novice surfers stay inside The Bay at Clarkes thru to The Pass being the best for a paddle.

G’Day Mates, Lighter winds this morning that will swing to the south today. We still have the sweeping current out there too.

Novice, Learners as well as Longboards will have the best waves from The Pass thru to Clarkes Beach. Tallows for the experts and Golf during the Arvo for sure.

B.O.M: WEATHER:

WINDS: West to northwesterly 15 to 20 knots, reaching to to 25 knots offshore north of Cape Byron early in the morning. Winds shifting south to southeasterly 10 to 15 knots during the morning or early afternoon. SEAS: 2 to 3 metres, decreasing to 1 to 2 metres during the morning, then decreasing below 1 metre during the afternoon.

SWELL: Northerly around 1 metre inshore, increasing to 1 to 1.5 metres offshore.

WEATHER: Plenty of Sunshine.

Cosy Corner at Tallow Beach will be the spot for a paddle today with small windy waves and in town will be perfect for kite surfers and wind surfers to get some air.
Golf is another option as always at the Byron Bay Golf club.

Good for the novice surfers along from The Wreck to Belongil.
Beginners can get out to Clarkes Beach as well as Belongil.
Tallow beach is small but a few peaks along there today to get wet.
Golf in the Arvo too. Yew!

WINDS: North to northeasterly about 10 knots, reaching up to 20 knots south of Cape Byron in the late evening.
SEAS: Below 1 metre, increasing to around 1 metre south of Cape Byron by early evening.
SWELL: Southerly 1 metre inshore, increasing to 1 to 1.5 metres offshore south of Yamba.
