Hi Mates, We have smaller waves out there today both in town and along Tallow Beach Breaks.

Light winds early and plenty of sunshine out there today, so grab your board and go for a surf.

Surf Lessons are best this morning  for the beginner and novice surfers to get a few too, the low tide in the arvo is too shallow & crap.

Hi Surfers,
A Great looking day out there again for surfers to get wet early being the best with the higher tide and glassy conditions.
Tallow Beach for the experts only as there is still plenty of motion in the ocean along the Open Beaches.
The Bay is good as well at The Pass thru to Clarkes for Longboarders and Learners to have fun.

Hi Mates, There is more south swell hitting the Open beach breaks and is for the Experts Only.
The Bay has smaller waves that will be best this morning with the higher tide at Clarkes Beach for the novice surfers.
Plenty of whales out there and great for golf during the arvo.

WINDS: South to southwesterly 10 to 15 knots becoming variable about 10 knots.
SEAS: 1 to 1.5 metres, decreasing below 1 metre around midday.
SWELL: Southerly 2 to 3 metres, increasing to 3 to 4 metres during the afternoon.

Hi Mates, More strong winds hitting The Bay with a new South swell out there today. We have great sandbanks around with some sweet waves early for the experts along Tallow Beach with the solid rip at Cosy Corner already. Novice   surfers should stay in town. Surf Lessons will be best in The Bay at Clarkes Beach this arvo. Great for golf when the on-shore winds hit. J Bay is up to the Quarters with more Sharks the Line Up. FOX TV and WSL.COM.

B.O.M. WEATHER: Strong Wind Warning for Thursday for Byron Coast

WINDS: Southwesterly 15 to 25 knots tending west to northwesterly 15 to 20 knots in the early afternoon then tending southwesterly 20 to 25 knots in the late evening. Winds reaching up to 30 knots offshore south of Cape Byron in the late evening.

SEAS: 1.5 to 2.5 metres, decreasing to 1 to 15 metres around midday.

SWELL: Southerly 1 to 1.5 metres, increasing to 1.5 to 2.5 metres during the morning.

G’Day Surfers, we have strong winds coming into The Bay today from the west. Bringing in cooler weather as well as supa small surf out there this morning.
The swell is forecast to boost but will have to wait and see.
Great for golf with the surf being so small out there.
J Bay put on hold yesterday with some shark action stopping the contest but should resume today. Check it on FOX TV and WSL.COM.

Experts can get wet with a few beach breaks along Tallow Beach.

There are off-shore winds early that are forecast to swing all the way to
the north…

Experts will have fun this morning along Tallow Beach breaks and beginners
will get plenty of waves in The Bay from Clarkes being the pick as well as
the wreck & Belongil.

The winds are forecast to blow from the south east and we have some rain coming & going.
