G’Day Mates, The South swell is marching up the coast & giving surfers some waves at last.
The swell is supa south and beginners and novice surfers must stay inside The Bay today.
Tallow Beach will get a sweeping current along there today that will drag surfers around to Wategos.

B.O.M: Weather for Byron Coast with a Gale Warning today.
WINDS: South to southwesterly 20 to 30 knots, reaching 35 knots offshore south of Yamba during the morning. Winds decreasing to 15 to 20 knots in the late evening.
SEAS: 2 to 3 metres, increasing to 2 to 4 metres offshore south of Yamba.
SWELL: Southerly 2 to 3 metres, increasing to 3 to 5 metres during the morning.
WEATHER: More Sunny days in Byron Bay.
CAUTION. Large and powerful surf conditions are expected to be hazardous for coastal activities such as crossing bars by boat, surfing the open beaches and rock fishing.

Hi Mates, we have a new bit of swell along Tallow Beach and rolling into The Bay.

The winds are off-shore again but will swing to the south east later. Get out there and enjoy a bit more swell coming into town.

There is more swell rolling into town and the higher tide is the best by far.
