Hi Mates, A bit more rain hanging around today and we have good fun waves again out there in The Bay being the best by far.

Windy waves at Tallow Beach. Good waves at Wategos & Offshore conditions inside Cape Byron with the east wind today. Go Surfing & Golf if the rain clears up during the Arvo. Happy Days, Gaz

WINDS: East to southeasterly 15 to 20 knots.

SEAS:  1 to 1.50 metres.

SWELL: Easterly 1.5 metres inshore, increasing to 1.5 to 2 metres north of Cape Byron.

WEATHER: Cloudy. 90% chance of showers. The chance of a thunderstorm.

Hi Surfers, We have Easterly winds blowing onto the beaches today with better waves in town than along Tallow Beach. The high tide early has slowed the swell but during the day will improve for sure. Clarkes Beach will be spot on for learners and The Wreck will get better as the tide starts to drop out. Golf this Arvo! B.O.M: Weather for Byron Coast:

WINDS: Southeasterly 15 to 20 knots turning easterly in the early afternoon.

SEAS:  1 to 2 metres.

SWELL: Easterly 1 metre inshore, increasing to 1 to 1.5 metres offshore north of Cape Byron.

G’Day Mates, Small surf again in The Bay today with great waves for longboards & learners at Clarkes Beach as the tide drops again. Windy waves at Tallow Beach for the keen surfers to chase a few. WINDS: Southeasterly 10 to 15 knots, reaching up to 20 knots offshore north of Yamba.

SEAS:  Around 1 metre, increasing to 1 to 1.5 metres offshore north of Yamba.

G’Day Surfers, Small waves in town which is perfect for longboards & learners at Clarkes Beach in town today. More swell along Tallow Beach but the wind is getting up early so get out there. Wategos will get some good waves there as the tide drops out as well.

Hi Mates, we have a Stella day in The Bay today with small and perfect waves at Clarkes Beach and The Pass for the learners and longboards. Wategos have fun waves there too. Tallow Beach for the experts to chase some waves along there today.

Hi Surfers, Cyclone Uesi has arrived in Force and the swell up & down the coast is cooking. Plenty of motion in the ocean with lots of water moving and is ONLY for the Experts.

The Pass to The Wreck is the only place here or Snapper & Noosa. Novice surfers stay out for your own safety & tomoz may be ok. Gaz

WINDS: Southerly about 10 knots, tending south to southwesterly 10 to 15 knots south of Yamba. Winds reaching up to 20 knots offshore south of Yamba during the arvo.

SEAS:  1 to 1.5 metres. SWELL: Easterly 3 to 4 metres, tending southeasterly 2 to 3 metres.

WEATHER: Sunny & Clouds & The chance of a thunderstorm.

CAUTION: Large and powerful surf conditions in the afternoon and evening are expected to be hazardous for coastal activities such as Surfing, Crossing Bars by boat and Rock Fishing.

Hi Surfers, The swell from Cyclone Uesi has finally hit The Bay and will increase during the day. There is plenty of motion in the ocean with lots of water moving as well as fresh water running in from all the rain we are getting. The experts can get waves by jumping in at Wategos and getting out at The Wreck. Novice surfers should stay out of the surf for your own safety for sure. Gaz

SEAS:  1 to 1.5 metres. SWELL: Easterly 2 to 2.5 metres, tending northeasterly 2 to 2.5 metres around midday. WEATHER: Clouds & Showers heavy at times in the morning and early afternoon. The chance of a thunderstorm.
