Hi Surfers, There are strong southerly winds forecast to blow up the coast

and bring more swell too.
The waves this morning have increased in size a bit but there is plenty more
to come.
Tallow Beach has waves early before the winds swing on-shore and smash the
surf, then The Bay all arvo with the incoming tide.

Strong Wind Warning for Sunday for Byron Coast
WINDS: Southerly 20 to 30 knots.
SEAS: 2 to 3 metres.
SWELL: Easterly around 1 metre, increasing to 1 to 1.5 metres during the
morning.

Hi Mates we have smaller surf out there today with crew getting waves at all spots this morning.

There are clean conditions early before the winds swing to the south east later on today.

Clarkes Beach is best for beginners & novice surfers to get wet.

Pass for Malibu riders and Tallows early for the experts to get a few peaks there.

B.O.M. WEATHER:

WINDS: Southerly 15 to 20 knots.

SEAS: 1 to 1.5 metres.

SWELL: South Easterly around 1 metre.

WEATHER: Showers again with some sunshine? The chance of a thunderstorm.

G’Day Mates, The swell has dropped off more today and is more user friendly for the novice surfers only at Clarkes Beach. There is still plenty of waves at The Pass for the Longboarders. Main Beach & The Wreck will be the pick on the high tide today being the best for sure. Heaps of brown water coming out of the rivers. Keep Clear from the river mouths today.

B.O.M. WEATHER:

WINDS: South to southeasterly 10 to 15 knots tending east to southeasterly in the morning.

SEAS: Around 1 metre.

SWELL: Southerly around 1 metre, increasing to 1 to 1.5 metres offshore.

WEATHER: Showers again but sunny soon we all hope. Enough is Enough.

15.6.2017 Surfing Byron Bay

G’Day Surfers, heaps of swell rolling into The Bay for Thursday.

There are waves again at The Pass thru Clarkes and all the way to The Wreck.
There is still plenty of motion in the ocean with very brown water coming out of the rivers.
Keep Clear from the river mouths for sure.
Best for the Experts to get wet.
The ocean is still no place for beginners to surf at all today.
B.O.M. WEATHER:
WINDS: Southeasterly 10 to 15 knots, reaching 20 knots north of Yamba during the day.
SEAS: 1 to 2 metres.
SWELL: Easterly 1.5 to 2 metres.

14.6.2017 Storm Surfing Byron Bay

Hi Mates, Strong Winds out there and is not good for surfing today.

The only place for a paddle is The Pass to The Wreck.

Everywhere else is getting bashed up from the strong winds, dirty water &
strong sweeping currents washing thru town.

Experts only.

The ocean is no place for beginners & novice surfers at all today.

B.O.M. WEATHER:

Strong Wind Warning for Wednesday:

WINDS: Southeasterly 15 to 25 knots, up to 30 knots during the morning and
early arvo.

SEAS: 2.5 to 4 metres, decreasing to 1.5 to 2.5 metres around midday.

SWELL: East to southeasterly 2 to 2.5 metres.

WEATHER: Showers heavy at times. The chance of a thunderstorm.

CAUTION: Large and powerful surf conditions are expected to be hazardous for
coastal activities such as crossing bars by boat and rock fishing.

Surf Byron Bay Monday 12th June

Hi Surfers, More swell rolling into The Bay for Monday.
The Surf is solid & best left for the experts today with a strong sweeping current washing through into town.
Experts can surf at The Pass and Clarkes beach being the best with the Finals of the BK Memorial today.

WINDS: Easterly 15 to 20 knots, reaching up to 25 knots north of Yamba during the afternoon and evening.
Winds turning southeasterly in the late afternoon.

Hi Mates, Windy with more rain coming in today. The swell has picked right up with on-shore winds and mushy waves out there in The Bay. Experts can surf at The Pass and Clarkes beach being the best. We have the BK Memorial also at The Wreck, get down there and check out the best surfers trying to win this great event.

WINDS: Easterly 15 to 20 knots, reaching up to 25 knots north of Cape Byron during the morning. SEAS: 1 to 2 metres. SWELL: Easterly 2 to 2.5 metres.

Full Moon Friday 9.6.2017

Hi Surfers, More small waves out there for Friday. The swell is forecast to build a bit during the day as well.

The Bay has small waves at Clarkes Beach after the high tide.

Tallow Beach has waves along there early before the winds get up and smash it again.

The Full Moon is up tonight rising as the sun sets this arvo.

Good for golf later today.

BK Memorial is on this weekend too. Yew!

Hi Mates, Small waves out there again this morning being the pick with the higher tide.
Supa small waves at Clarkes Beach inside The Pass.
More swell along Belongil as well as Tallow Beach for the experts to get a few there this morning as well.
Good for golf when the surf is an inch today for sure.
BK Memorial is on this weekend too. Yew!

G’Day Surfers, Small waves today in Town with more swell as always along Tallow Beach.
There will be small waves this morning along Belongil just after the high tide.
Same at Clarkes beach as the tide goes out we will see a few supa small but sweet waves today for sure.
Go play golf later during the arvo at Byron Bay. Yew!
