Monday Surf in Byron Bay

Hi Mates, We have more small waves inside The Bay for Monday with great sunny skies and a bit more surf action over at Tallow Beach.
The winds are light and variable that should swing to the south sooner than later.
Great for golf this arvo after getting wet.
A few whales have started to swim past too.
B.O.M. WEATHER:
WINDS: West to northwesterly 10 to 15 knots, reaching up to 20 knots offshore north of Cape Byron in the morning.
Winds shifting southeasterly in the arvo.
SEAS: 1 to 1.5 metres, decreasing to 1 metre around midday.
SWELL: Easterly around 1 metre.
WEATHER: Mostly sunny. 20% chance of a shower or thunderstorm offshore north of Cape Byron early this morning. Near zero chance of rain elsewhere.
SURF ACTION: Japan is finished & Fiji Womens is on hold again….
